FlipList is a music quiz game published by TheNewMediaX. For any privacy question or request, contact us at thenewmediax@gmail.com.
To make the game work we store your chosen username and your in-game progress: levels completed, stars, coin balance, power-ups, battle results and rating, streaks, season progress and achievements. If you sign in with Google, we additionally receive your basic Google profile information (display name, email address and a unique authentication ID). Without Google sign-in you play under an anonymous account ID.
Firebase (Google) — authentication, cloud database for your progress, push
notifications and Crashlytics crash reporting (anonymised technical data that helps us fix bugs).
Google Play Games Services — optional sign-in that powers Google Play achievements
and lets you show your progress on your Play Games profile.
RevenueCat — processes in-app purchase state (we never see or store your payment details;
payments run entirely through Google Play).
Apple Music / iTunes — song previews are streamed from Apple's servers; no account data
is shared with Apple.
Meta and TikTok attribution — if you installed FlipList through an ad, these SDKs report
the install so we can measure our marketing. They use your device advertising ID. You can reset or delete
this ID in your Android settings.
FlipList shows no third-party ads, does not sell your personal data and does not collect your contacts, location or files.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing thenewmediax@gmail.com from within the app (Settings → Contact) or directly. If you signed in with Google you can additionally disconnect FlipList in your Google Account settings.
FlipList does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy; the latest version always lives at this address. Material changes are announced in the app.
