By downloading or using FlipList you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
FlipList offers optional in-app purchases such as Coins, Power-ups and subscriptions. Virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for real money and are non-transferable. Purchases are processed by Google Play; Google Play's refund policy applies.
You may not use cheats, exploits, automation or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interferes with the game, and you may not abuse bugs for gain. Usernames must not be offensive or impersonate others.
Song previews are provided by Apple Music / iTunes and remain the property of their respective rights holders. Previews are streamed for gameplay only.
FlipList is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profits arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time; on request we delete your account data (see the Privacy Policy).
We may revise these terms; the latest version always lives at this address. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
